Cylinder Head Preparation

Each year we probably work on 40 Customers Cylinder heads for Road and Race use. They represent all makes of motorcycle, Classic and Modern. Not just Suzuki either, this is a Z1R head we have just gas-flowed. It has been fitted with APE Bronze Alloy Valve Guides, APE Stainless Oversize Valves, inlet and exhaust. It will be mated to the 1075cc engine we are currently assembling for him.
