At SPS, we offer a number of expert workshop services.

Our Services Include:

• Cylinder Boring and Plating - We exclusively use Millenium Technologies in the USA for all our Plating and Reboring to motorcyle engines with combined cylinder and top crankcase architecture. Millenium are the world leaders in this process! We ship weekly to the USA, lead times are typically 6 weeks. We can supply your Piston Brand of choice, JE, Wiseco, MTC, CP, Wossner.

• Engine Preparation and Rebuilding - We take on a limited amount of engine work over the Winter. Road or Race, mild to wild. Normally aspirated Motors are our speciality. Cranks rebuilding, Head Work ,Big Bore Kits, Cylinder Replating, Gear Box Preparation, Clutch rebuilds etc etc.. 

• SPS Cylinder Head Services - Gas Flowing, Hand Porting, Seat replacement, Guide Installation, Oversize valves Installed, Fireface Machining. 

  Cylinder head work at SPS is done on the latest state-of-the-art equipment. We have facilities to completely rebuild all motorcycle heads. As a Distributor of high-performance cylinder head components, we have all of the parts in stock: bronze valve guides, stainless steel valves, valve springs, titanium retainers and more. Everything we need to complete your job without waiting on the parts - which slows down most shops.

  SPS use a super state-of-the-art Serdi cylinder head machine, with triple-float head for the most accurate valve seats possible.

  The Serdi uses a multi-angle carbide cutter that has the seat shape ground into it. This ensures that all angles are exactly the same - all seat widths are exactly the same. A perfect valve job.
