Job Vacancy: Dispatch & Order Administrator

Job Title:  Dispatch & Order Administrator

  • Location: Downham Market, Norfolk PE38 9SW 

  • Job Type: Full time – 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday 

  • Salary:      Based on experience £27,000 - £29,000 

Role Overview:

As our Dispatch & Order Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately packed and shipped on time.   
 

Key Responsibility :

  • Pack parts according to daily orders 

  • Accurately book and print shipping labels using online platforms 

  • Maintain inventory accuracy 

  • Assist with incoming deliveries and stock replenishment 

  • Occasional involvement in promotional activities 

  • Shrink wrap packaging of products 
     

Requirements :
 

  • Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or e-commerce dispatch preferred 

  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel 

  • Experience in the motorcycle industry or a keen interest in motorcycles an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and time management 

  • Ability to lift and move parcels safely
