About the Role

Suzuki Performance Spares is a small family run business looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised E-Commerce & Motorcycle Parts Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on position within a busy motorcycle parts retailer and distributor, covering sales, customer support, e‑commerce order processing, product listing management, stock control and warehouse duties. Working alongside experienced staff, you’ll help customers with parts enquiries, handle orders from the website, phone and eBay, and support day‑to‑day operations across the business.

A key part of the role involves managing and maintaining online product listings, so good computer skills and attention to detail are essential. You’ll be updating product information, adding new parts to the website, checking fitment data, uploading images, and ensuring listings are accurate, clear and easy for customers to understand. Confidence using online systems, spreadsheets and data entry tools will help you succeed.

This role suits someone with an interest in motorcycles, strong accuracy, and a willingness to learn. Experience in retail, e‑commerce, warehousing or the motorcycle industry is helpful but not essential — full training is provided. It’s an ideal opportunity for a college leaver/graduate, motorcycle enthusiast or anyone looking to start or grow a career in motorcycle parts and online retail.

Duties & Responsibilities

Online Retail & E-Commerce

• Create and maintain product listings on the company website and online marketplaces.
• Process website and eBay orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across online sales channels.
• Support general day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Help create and schedule marketing campaigns and email newsletters.
• Assist with creating content for social media platforms

Warehouse & Distribution

• Receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
• Ensuring the workplace remains organised, clean and efficient.

Customer Sales & Support

• Assisting customers with parts enquiries by telephone, email and online messaging.
• Processing telephone, website and eBay orders.
• Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements

Essential

• Good computer skills and confidence using online programmes such as Excel.

·        Good communication and customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

• Interest in motorcycles, motorsport or mechanics.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive or retail sales.
• Experience using eBay, online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
• Previous warehouse, stock control or customer service experience.
