We’ve just had our GSX 8R fully remapped by BSD Performance in Peterborough, and the results are impressive!
Upgrades include:
• K&N high flow air filter
• Full Hindle exhaust system
• PAIR valve removal & block off
• Custom remap for optimal power and throttle response
It’s now mapped properly to suit the new setup, with smoother delivery and improved overall performance.
• Horsepower gains: The remap allows the engine to take full advantage of the reduced exhaust back pressure and improved intake flow, resulting in a measurable increase in peak power once AFR (Air-Fuel ratio) and ignition are corrected.
• Torque gains: Mid range torque is usually where the biggest improvement is seen, with smoother fuelling and earlier, more consistent torque delivery and optimised ignition timing.
The bike now pulls harder, sounds sharper, showing clear horsepower and torque gains versus stock!
