Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Cancellation Policy: We offer a 14 day cancellation/return period.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will advise you of the return method.

Any refunds due will be paid within 5 working days. Goods can either be posted or collected depending on item.

Goods that are incorrectly ordered or unwanted by the customer can be returned but will incur a return cost.

Any Special order items such as Samco Hoses that are customised to order by the Samco factory or a specific colour not stocked as standard cannot be returned. Hel brake line kits customised in any other colour than clear transparent coating cannot be returned as these are assembled and colour coated to order.
