USA made, genuine APE manual camchain tensioner. They cannot back off like the OEM type automatic tensioners. They are a must for any hard-ridden standard or tuned machine. Beware of cheap copies! Easy to install. They often take up more slack than a standard tensioner, so can sometimes also stop chain noise.
